Production of standard PVC and thermoplastic rubber, anti-UV sanitised profiles consisting of:

			gaskets;
			drip profiles;
			compensation and magnetic profiles for glass and aluminium applications.

EXA has developed a brand new line of magnetic gaskets and seals for shower enclosures made of ultra-transparent and UV-proof PVC.
The new line includes profiles both for 6 and 8mm glass and it stands out from our standard range of profiles because of its transparency, design and shape.

Acrylic is also used in the production of bath tub and shower tray edging profiles both in rigid and flexible versions. The profiles are supplied with a kit of end and angle fittings to guarantee not only extreme functionality, but also a great look .


Rigid edging in PMMA (acrylic). The edging is applied when the bath tub or shower tray is installed. The profile is available in natural or Ideal white.



Flexible co-extruded edging in PMMA (acrylic) and PUR (polyurethane), provided with a biadhesive on the back. Nevertheless, the use of silicon to seal the profile to the bath tub and shower tray edge, combined with the biadhesive improves the adhesive performance. This profile, given its flexibility and particular shape, can be applied after installing the tub or shower cabin. The profile is available in natural and Ideal white.


CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS: Considering the versatility of this type of application, both bordoflex and bordorigido profiles can be easily introduced in large-scale distribution, with the possibility of customising the packaging, user instructions and even the tradename.
