The Company has a modern and well structured machine yard to help achieve high technical-production standards. The highly flexible manufacturing organisation not only makes it possible to meet sudden increases in demand but also to respond to the most varied demands and requirements of the individual Customer.
This production-organisational versatility thus allows EXA S.r.l. to adapt easily to the requirements of the large and the medium-small customer.

The company has 14 production lines and about a hundred pieces of equipment available within a production area of 5.000 m² (with an annual growth of 20%). The production range includes coextruded profiles of 3,800 g/m as well as small profiles of a few g/m, that are manufactured thanks to the high-performance counter-rotating twin-screw extruders and normal single-screw extruders in the production lines.

Furthermore, to satisfy any specific requirements of the customer, special additives are added to the raw material in order to guarantee a higher resistance to heat, bacterial action or sun rays, as well as to limit the formation of moulds in particularly humid environments.

EXA S.r.l. guarantees its customers top quality standards by applying suitable controls throughout the entire production process. First of all, the supplier of raw materials is carefully selected and then meticulous controls are performed during the production process.
Moreover, the company is particularly sensitive towards environmental protection both through the application of a policy to recycle materials as well as the correct management of rejects from the production process.
